Delivery Policy

Cymraeg Catering Ltd will deliver products locally using our own delivery drivers and UK mail (courier can be changed to provide the promised service) for deliveries outside of our delivery area.

Cymraeg Catering will deliver to CF, SA, BS, GL & HR postcodes for all orders over £40. Deliveries are charged at the following rate based upon location as follows unless stated otherwise:

Band 1 (£8.50) - Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Torfaen, Port Talbot

Band 2 (£10.50) - Swansea, Monmouthshire, Merthyr Tydfil, Blaenau Gwent, Neath, Pontardawe

Band 3 (£15) - Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, All HR, BS & GL Postcodes, Powys (Subject to location)

All other orders to locations which are not mentioned above or that do not reach the minimum order of £40 will be sent over courier - this will be charged & invoiced accordingly.

All deliveries that are placed before 15:30pm on Tuesday afternoon will be dispatched the same week. If for any reason we cannot despatch your order within this time period we will contact you immediately to inform you of the new despatch date, if this doesn’t suit you, you may cancel your order.

Loss or damage:

If goods are found to be faulty on deliver after inspection they may be returned for a replacement. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. Please make sure you inform us within 24 hours of receipt of any faults when you inspect the goods.

Non Delivery

Claims for missing items or the non delivery of orders must be made within 28 days of the despatch date. All orders will have a P.O.D. signature showing the delivery date and who signed for it.

Collections

Orders can be collected from our Head Office address at no additional charge.  This is available on a pre arrange time slot which will be issued to you once the payment has been processed and the order received.
